Hearts of Oak have captured Berekum Chelsea midfielder, Ushau Abu heading into the new campaign.
The diminutive midfielder was awesome in the just-ended campaign having remained consistent since he found his rhythm going on to make over 30 appearances for the Bibires in all competitions.
However, his sensational display saw him clinch some man of the match accolades and has also caught the good eyes of the Hearts of Oak technical team who have now asked for his service.
Abu has agreed on a three-year with the Phobians and will be in Accra later today to put pen to paper.
The 22-year-old is stepping in as part of the candidates to replace Benjamin Afutu who left at the end of the season and will have to battle it out on the holding role with youngster Salim Adams who had a great derby against CI Kamsar from Guinea.
