Veteran football administrator Takyi Arhin Thunder has urged Ghanaians to support the Glorious Accra Hearts of Oak on coming Sunday.
Accra Hearts of Oak will welcome Wydad Athletic Club of Morocco Morocco this Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium for the first leg in CAF Champions League qualification play-off and the return league in Morocco next week.
The reigning champions of the GPL and the MTN FA Cup, Hearts of Oak is the only Ghanaian club participating in Africa this season.
“They will be holding the flag of Ghana high so if you are supporter of Aduana, Kotoko, Medeama let’s all support Hearts of Oak. Those we go against our opponent from same country whilst participating in Africa should be the thing of the past.
“We are looking about four slots but if Hearts of Oak penetrate to the money zone and the upper side the competition then we can one day request for the slots.
“Let’s take it as a national enterprise. All hands must be on the deck and support Hearts.” He concluded.
