It is the dream of the Ghana national team to lure English based Callum Hudson-Odoi for the service of the Black Stars.
During his break in Ghana, there was an upclose with the son of Bismark Odoi, former Hearts of Oak and Ghana midfielder with the leadership of the Ghanaian government but there is no confirmation yet.
The player will be available for the Black Stars in November 2022 if he accept the call up due to FIFA rules as he’s been in the Three Lions before.
Odoi has passed through the U16, U17, U18, U19 and U21 English national youth team. He has appeared in 3 matches for the Three Lions since 2019 but was dropped during the EURO 2021.
The promising star scored his 5th goal for the Blues in a 7 – 0 victory over Norwich City in the English Premiership on Saturday early kick-off at the Stamford Bridge.
Odoi’s goal was the second goal for Chelsea after Mason Mount’s opener on the 8th minute.
He was sent off the game on the 70th minute for Moroccan star Hakim Ziyech.
Mason Mount grabbed hatrick as Ben Chiwell and Reece James contributed two goals whilst Max Aaron scored an own goal with a long pass from Odoi.
Ben Gibson received red card after a terrific attack to James.
Odoi made 37 touches, 23 accurate passes with the percentage of 88.5percent.
Odoi scored his first goal for Chelsea in 2019 under Coach Sarri in Europa league game against PAOK.
Chelsea opens the table with 22points, plus 20goals in nine games.
Chelsea’s next game will be against Southampton in the EFL Cup.
