Asante Kotoko SC is set to host lower-tier side PAC Academy in a pre-season friendly as the Reds continue preparations towards the start of the new Ghana Premier League season (GPL).
The friendly is scheduled to take place at the club’s training center at Adako Jachie on Wednesday, October 27 at 3 pm.
Earlier reports claimed the Reds were to player Division One side Asokwa Deportivo FC but recent gatherings indicate a change of plans.
Kotoko initially embarked on a pre-season tour in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, where the team played three matches before flying back to Ghana last week.
The Porcupines among the three games played recorded zero wins and managed two draws during the tour.
Hence, the match against PAC will be their first exercise since returning from the two weeks intensive training outside Ghana and also a fourth preparatory match in total.
