Director-General of NSA, Prof. Peter Twumasi earlier on Sunday, October 31, 2021, was at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi for a quick inspection ahead of the Ghana Premier League Week 1 fixture between King Faisal and WAFA.
Present during the visit were the Ag. Regional Director, Emmanuel Kojo Appiah and his staff as well as Frank Boahen of Green Grass Technology.
The famous Baba Yara Sports Stadium was passed to host its first football match which King Faisal defeated WAFA by a lone goal following the near completion of the first phase of the ongoing renovation.
The authority used the occassion to plead with spectators who will be visiting the stadium to support their respective teams to handle the seats and the entire facility with utmost care.
