Ghanaian international coach Moses Cofie has signed a year deal with Berekum Chelsea as their new gaffer in the ongoing season.
The details of the contract are not yet disclosed. Coach Moses Cofie won laurels like FA Cup and league in Burkina Faso with Rahimo FC. He is a former Striker of Accra Hearts of Oak, Accra Great Olympics and Liberty professionals. He has also gained a coaching experience in Sudan.
Berekum Chelsea is having a bad start in the just started Ghana Premier League. They sit in the 15th position on the GPL table after Week 3. They lost to newly-promoted side Bibiani Gold Stars by a goal to nil in their opener and were held in goalless draw with Eleven Wonders before their 2-1 defeat to Karela United.
Coach Moses Cofie will soon be at the flanks for the GPL giants in their upcoming games. They wish to revive their good performance to come at a comfortable position of the league.
He will be assisted by Mr. Solomon Odwo and Hannah Abdul Abu.
The one-time GPL champions will on Match Day 4 welcome high-flying King Faisal at the Berekum Golden City Park. King Faisal are joint leaders on the table with 9 points after three games.
