JS Saoura have arrived arrived at the Kotoka International Airport, Accra-Ghana ahead of their CAF Confederations Cup play-offs first leg against Accra Hearts of Oak with only 19 players.
The team left Algeria to Tunisia and later transited to Dubai before they arrived in Ghana as indicated on their Facebook page.
The Algerian Southwest club eliminated Mauritania side ASAC Concorde in the second preliminary round of the Confederations Cup after 3-2 aggregate scoreline.
On other hand, Hearts of Oak dropped from the CAF Champions League after 6-2 aggregate scoreline in the playoffs stage to WAC of Morocco.
The first league takes place this Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium while the second league is slated for 5th December in Algeria.
After Week 4, Hearts of Oak are found on the 16th position of the GPL with 3points while Saouara sit 4th on the table of the Algerian Ligue 1 with 7points.
