Head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Samuel Boadu insists his guys should have grabbed more goals from the chances they squandered against Algerian side JS Saoura in the first leg encounter of the CAF Confederations Cup play-offs staged in Accra on Sunday afternoon.
Though the rainbow shirted boys annihilated the visitors with a comfortable lead but the gaffer Samuel Boadu wanted his boys to extend the lead with more goals.
In a short statement during the post match interview, Boadu claimed he is not happy with the 2-0 win but his guys should have scored more goals.
Boadu in the GPL has not registered any win this season out of four games, drawing three and one defeat but the performance depicted by his players yesterday CAF competition was so phenomenal despite squandering a lot of chances.
Hearts of Oak will just need a draw in the return league to progress while the Algerians must win with more than two goals to eliminate Hearts of Oak.
Hearts of Oak are yet to taste defeat at the Accra Sports Stadium in the ongoing CAF competitions.
Now, Coach Samuel Boadu will hope to break the GPL deadlock against Medeama in Tarkwa in Week 5.
