18-year old Felix Afena-Gyan made his fourth Serie A appearance today against Spezia at the Stadio Olimpico in Italy.
The Ghanaian youngster came in as a substitute for Borja Mayoral at the 64th minute.
Despite the red card AS Roma picked the three maximum points with 2-0 victory through Chris Smalling and Roger Ibanez.
Ghanaian international, Emmanuel Gyasi was also in action for Spezia as they lost to the side of his Ghanaian counterpart Afena-Gyan.
Afena-Gyan conceded the red card during the 90th minute plus 3 additional minutes in the game for persistent fouling.
He will miss their next fixture against Atalanta in Serie A.
