21-year old Ajax and Black Stars midfielder, Kudus Mohammed has been named as Ghana’s best foreign-based Footballer Of The Year at the 46th SWAG Awards.
The ceremony was held at the Accra International Conference Center in Ghana.
Ajax signed the 21-year old midfield controller from Nordsjælland in Denmark after shining with 14 goals in 51 caps.
He handed his first-ever Black Stars call-up in 2019 and announced his presence with a goal during an AFCON qualifier game against South Africa.
He has made seven appearances for the Black Stars and has scored 3 goals, 2 against the Bafana Bafana of South and the other against Zimbabwe during the World Cup qualifiers.
At the tender age of 21, the Ghanaian International have provided outstanding performance for both his club and the national team.
He is expected to control the midfield with Arsenal star Partey during the upcoming AFCON to end Ghana’s long-term trophy drought.
