Philemon Baffuor of Dreams FC and Black Stars has departed to Portugal to sign for Rio Ave.
Baffour is part of the 5 local players invited into the Black Stars for preparations ahead of the AFCON in Qatar.
Currently, the defender is under contract with GPL side Dreams FC since joining in 2018.
Baffour was a member of the Ghana U20 squad that won the Africa Cup of Nations in March this year.
