Kotoko coach Prosper Nartey Ogum and his Wafa counterpart Hamdan Guillermo are agreeing to the fact that players in the Ghanaian league are best in creating chances during the 90 Minutes of action. The two coaches after the league match at Baba Yara pointed out hoe their players keep creating chances but find it difficult converting them.
“We create chances but can’t score. I’ll be worried if we did not create chances but we do. Our pattern is the best in the league. Tell me which team possesses the ball best in the league more than Wafa. I know we need to score more goals to improve but unfortunately, I cannot score the goals for them, I can only teach them how to do it ” the Spanish Guillermo told the post-match conference.
His counterpart Ogum shared similar sentiments after the match, saying
” I am not happy because we keep creating chances but can’t score . If you can create, it means you can score and win”.
Kotoko is now joint leaders of the league and next visits Dormaa to play Aduana on Sunday, a match expected to decide who rules the premiership table.
