Coach Milovan Rajevac took over the Black Stars coaching job in September last year following the departure of a local coach CK Akonnor, helping the team to seal a place in the Africa World Cup qualifiers play-offs.
The tactician is expected to come home with the national team after a short exit from the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon following a 3-2 humiliation defeat to AFCON debutant Comoros.
Milovan has thrown to the general public that they shouldn’t expect magic from him just after three and a half months he took over as a coach.
In March, the national will be competing a the World Cup qualifiers play-offs in Qatar to book a place for the major tournament in November.
Speaking after the shocking defeat to Comoros, Milovan shortly stated “I came to Ghana just three days and a half months ago, don’t expect magic.”
Ghana would have qualified for the next stage if they had gone past the underdogs, Comoros with even lone goal victory.
