Renowned Ghanaian musician Sonnie Badu has punched the back of the leaders of Ghana football following Black Stars abysmal display and short exit from the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.
The team was eliminated from the tournament after going winless in the three group stage games, and finishing last in group c with just a single point.
The Black Stars’ were still having the opportunity to stay in the competition but failed to make amends after shocking 3-2 defeat to first time performers, Comoros Island at the Roumde Adjia Stadium in Cameroon.
It has never happened before for the four times champions to exit the tournament at the group stage since 2006.
Many front-liners are blaming the entire football administration and the managements of the national team for admitting corruption in the team.
Sonnie Badu, the Baba hit-maker also came out after Ghana’s defeat to Comoros last night to punch the leaders of Ghana Football.
“Clap for yourselves 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾from coach to players. You got an award … the most RED … this is a shame .. I saw politics in the team, those who could do the job were sitting and those who were weak were allowed to play .. sad day for Ghana football…”. Sonnie stated in a Facebook comment.
