Former Inter Milan midfielder, Sulley Muntari is set to return to the Ghana Premier League as he nears the move to the title holders, Accra Hearts of Oak.
The football legend trained with the rainbow family throughout the week and he is likely to play for the Phobians in the second round of the Ghana premier league.
The veteran midfielder will join Hearts as a free agent should the move succeeds.
He has been absent from active football after he left Spanish Primera División side Albacete in 2019.
He had a long-term playing experience in Europe after leaving Liberty Professionals in 2001 to join Udinese in Italy. Sulley also played for two city rivals Inter Milan and AC Milan, having played for Sunderland and Portsmouth in England.
The 37-year old midfielder was capped in 84 games for the Ghana national and recorded 20 goals.
