Outspoken and veteran Ghanaian football manager, J.E Sarpong has stated publicly that, the newly appointed Black Stars gaffer Otto Addo is the right man to cope with Eguavon and Coach Aliou Cisse and others in Africa.
The Ghana Football Association last evening named Borussia Dortmund’s deputy manager as the new coach of the Senior National Team, the Black Stars, replacing Milovan Rajevac.
According to the veteran coach, the ex-Black Stars player who has returned to the national team as a newly appointed manager is the man Ghana has currently to cope with some top coaches in Africa.
“Otto is a Ghanaian so if everybody wants a local coach to lead the team to cope with Eguavon and Aliou Cisse I think he is the right man to come.
“Am not saying he is the right man to handle the Black Stars but per our situation, we need a new turnover and new faces in the Black Stars so definitely we need somebody to come and they might be looking for another group to come so I think is the plan of the GFA but Addo is the man now.” J.E Sarpong revealed in a conversation with ghanasportspag.com.
