Asante Kotoko made a return to winning ways after their marginal slip against Elmina Sharks last Monday to beat Accra Lions 3-1 in the Ghana Premier League Matchweek 17 fixture at the Baba Yara sports stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Porcupines made lightweight of the Premier league debutants as Cameroonian forward Frank Mbella Etouga completed a hat-trick against the minnows to take his league goal tally to 11.
Asante Kotoko have now extended their lead to 6 points clear on the top of the league table.
