Asante Kotoko’s Cameroonian striker Frank Mbella Etouga took his Ghana Premier league goal tally to 13 after hitting brace against struggling Dreams FC at the Baba Yara sports stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Mbella finished the first round of premier league with 11 goals, which included hat-tricks, and the Cameroonian is currently leads the race for the top scorer award of the 2021/22 season of the GPL.
Aduana Stars striker Bright Adjei also hit a brace against Karela United in Dormaa on Sunday to take his league goal tally to 11, 2 behind Etouga. The race for the golden boot is becoming hotter and hotter each match day, and the end shall justify the means.
