Member of the Hearts of Oak technical team, W.O Tandoh has provided an update on Kofi Kordzi’s current situation at the club.
The attacker rejoined Hearts of Oak in August 2021 following his departure from Qatari outfit Muaither SC after a short spell.
The 26-year-old started well in the ongoing Ghana Premier League season and he is currently the top scorer for the title holders but he has recently lost his position in the Rainbows set up to Kwadwo Obeng Jnr.
W.O Tandoh is claiming there is a change in the game which might be the case but he is advising the strong attacker and also psych him.
Mr. Tandoh also pointed out one thing ‘TALKATIVE’ as what is prohibited in the Phobia family.
“There is a change in the game. Sometimes, what you want in the player can change. As a human being, you should always remember your back. It won’t be the same as today so we have approached him to abstain from certain things which are not helping him and focus on what will help. One is that the Hearts of Oak family does not talk much so you can’t talk when our leaders are talking. What we know is to work hard.” Tandoh told ghanasportspage.com.
“I am advising him and I believe he will improve soon. He is not drinking and I don’t believe in those things like adultery and alcohol. The social vices are your personal life but the disadvantages on it can go against you the more you do it. I don’t believe in people saying those things, no. Maybe it might be a personal problem or psychological effect and other things. Nobody knows and sometimes you get provoked at home whiles nobody has offended you. Life can suddenly change so let us believe in life. We don’t have control over our lives and anything that we do. It has disadvantages whether good or bad in your actions (the way you talk, sleep, eat, walkings, in terms of how you worship, whatever you do) at a point it can affect you.” He concluded.
Due to his recent lack of playing time in the team and after being dropped again by the coach from the President’s Cup cracking encounter with Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC, his manager Naa Amanoa has pledged to solve the problem between the player and the coach.
