Hearts of Oak fitness coach and welfare manager, W.O Tandoh has advised the Phobian supporters ahead of the week 19 game against WAFA.
Mr. Tandoh issued a rallying call to their fans to all come on board to support the team positively and stop making negative claims.
The 2020/21 league champions host WAFA at the Accra Sports Stadium in Week 19 fixture.
In an interview with the gaffer, he expressed his thanksgiving to the team’s patron and the committed supporters.
“As we celebrate the 65th Independence of Ghana, I would say big thanks to our patron, Togbe Afede and also ask for God’s blessings to him. I would also like to thank our supporters and the leadership for how they’ve stepped up.
“I want those who are talking to calm down. They should all come on board.
“If you cannot be on board of the ship then sit outside but everybody should get involved. We know what our supporters can do. Everyone who is supporting should be blessed so that those thinking negatively, especially the supporters with that negative ideas should stop in this time of Ghana’s Independence and see the way forward so that they can come and support us positively against WAFA because our patron is doing a great job for the team.
“The negative thinkers should stop if not we will disgrace them.” He told ghanasportspage.com.
Hearts of Oak on last Friday defeated their bitterest rivals Asante Kotoko to lift the President’s Cup and are hoping to bounce back with victory against WAFA in their next GPL fixture.
