The Head Coach of the Black Stars, Otto Addo is yet to publicly announce the Ghana squad for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 play-offs against West African rivals Nigeria,leaving Ghanaians and followers of the Black Stars in huge suspense, claiming it to be a tactical strategy.
The Black Stars players are scheduled to assemble in Accra on Monday, 21st March and have a first training session, after which the team will fly to the Ashanti regional capital, Kumasi on Tuesday, where the match will be played. The team will arrive in Kumasi on Tuesday morning and hold training sessions on Tuesday evening before holding the next on Wednesday and Thursday before the match on Friday.
As the technical handlers of the team have decided not to announce the squad list, ghanasportspage.com has been working tirelessly in conjunction with our correspondents at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) to track down on every player who has been invited to the Black Stars camp for the game against Nigeria, so we can keep Ghanaians and all our cherished readers updated. A total of 27 players have been officially announced by the GFA, and Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Ibrahim Danlad missed out, replaced by Lawrence Ati Zigi.
