FIFA and CAF have given the Nigeria football governing body the green light to welcome 60,000 spectators to the Moshood Abiola Sports Stadium for Super Eagles 2022 FIFA World Cup playoffs second leg tie against the Black Stars of Ghana on Tuesday.
30,000 spectators were initially allowed by CAF and FIFA to watch the game but the Nigeria Football Federation has secured an opportunity from FIFA to welcome 60,000 spectators to the Moshood Abiola Sports Stadium for the tie.
In the first leg,40,000 fans were allowed to cheer that the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi on Friday.
Nigeria is aiming to qualify with massive support at home when they host their Ghana in the second leg
The two giants drew 0-0 in on Friday. The second leg on Tuesday will decide the winner from the anticipated battle to be at the World Cup.
