Confederation of African Football (CAF) appointed Dr. Joseph Kabungo as a dopping Officer between Nigeria and Ghana game on Tuesday, 29th March 2022 in the 2022 Qatar World Cup Playoff. Dr. Joseph Kabungo has died after violence erupted at the end of the match in Abuja.
