Former tactician for the Porcupines, Coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has jumped onto the table to justify how Hearts or Kotoko can win Sunday’s Super Clash.
The two sides will meet once again on Sunday in a wWeek24 game of the Ghana Premier League at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi.
It is the nightmare of the Warriors to break the deadlock over the Rainbows, they are yet to snatch a victory since Samuel Boadu took over as the head tactician of the title holders.
The ex-Porcupines gaffer has claimed that the two sides are not getting consistent results in the second round of the season but the form guide doesn’t count in a clash between the two clubs.
Didi Dramani who led the Reds between 2012 and 2015 believes his former side is well-motivated this time around to seal the bragging right.
He also justified that the side that performs gallantly can take home the victory on Sunday but despite the Porcupines working hard to take the maximum points, he is expecting Hearts of Oak to show supremacy on Sunday.
Having drawn 0-0 in the first leg of the GPL, the Rainbows fought back to claim a bragging right when they defeated their sworn rivals2-1 to lift the President’s Cup last month.
Speaking in an interview with Ghanasportspage.com ahead of the Super Clash, Coach Didi Dramani explained, “I think both teams haven’t secured consistency. Their form guide is a little bit underrating. Win today, draw tomorrow and then defeat but I think sometimes form guide doesn’t count between these two teams but it sometimes also counts. The one who performs gallantly always standstill. I think Hearts of Oak got the upper hand in their last game. I watched the game and Hearts of Oak were strong but I think Kotoko is motivated more this time around and they want to come out. Let’s see how Hearts will try to get supremacy or consistency over Kotoko. Mostly Hearts pull surprises when Kotoko is having a great form but let’s see how it goes. I wish all the teams well.”
The Porcupines are currently leading the league table with 49points but Boadu’s side is pulling pressure to close the gap. They sit the 4th place with 36 points.
