Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Ogum Nartey has said that he doesn’t feel any pressure since joining Kotoko. Kumasi Asante Kotoko hosted Accra Hearts of Oak in the ongoing Ghana Premier League matchday 24 at the Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday 10th April 2022 and beat them by a goal to nil. Thanks to Frank Mbella in the 16th minute of the first half.
“Prosper Ogum claims Kotoko should not have won by only a goal against Hearts of Oak because they dominated and outclassed Hearts from the start to the finish. Kotoko should have walloped hearts.
The Porcupine Warriors Manager Prosper Ogum was asked why his players keep getting injured. He replied that they pick the injuries from matches, not training so referees should protect players.
“They don’t pick those injuries at training, the players picked the injuries during the League games so referees should protect them,” he said in a post-match interview.
“I’ve never felt any pressure since I joined Kotoko” he added. Kotoko will face RTU in their next Premier League fixture.
