The reconstruction of Accra Hearts of Oak new secretariat known as the ”Phobia House” has begun as the old structure has been pulled down for the construction of the new one to commence.
The reconstruction of the secretariat was officially handed over to the constructors on Saturday for official commencement of the work, and has been followed by the demolition of the old structure on Monday for site clearing.
