Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has selected 20-man squad for the titanic encounter against second-placed Medeama SC.
The Ghana Premier League leaders will play in a crucial away game with the Mauve and Yellow boys in Tarkwa in week 31 at the Akoon Park.
With six points separating Kotoko and Medeama on the title challenge, the Porcupines will aim for a win to extend the lead.
Coach Ogum’s side has picked one win, one draw, and three defeats in their last five Ghana Premier League games.
The two-time African Champions must pick the maximum points at Tarkwa to maintain the points gap between them.
Kotoko sits first on the table with 56 points whereas Medeama occupies the second spot with 50 points.
Ghanasportpage.com can confirm that the defender and the captain, Abdul Ganiu Ismail has missed the trip to Tarkwa due to injury. According to our source, Ganiu was not fully recovered before featuring against Berekum Chelsea at the Baba Yara Stadium last weekend. Other key players who are not available for Sunday’s clash against Medeama SC are Sherrif Mohammed, Charles Owusu, Stephen Amankona, and others.
