The ‘Barea’ of Madagascar has safely arrived in Accra-Ghana today, 28th June 2022 with a 25 STRONG man-squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations 2023 qualifier against Ghana on 1st June 2022 at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.
The Coach of ‘Barea’ Nicolas Dupuis has already invited a 25-man Squad ahead of the AFCON double-header. Twenty(18) players are foreign base professionals and 7 local players.
A contingent of 44 persons landed in Ghana on Saturday morning, comprising 25 players, members of the technical team, and FA officials.
Mr. Jocelyn, Coordinator and the EXCO member of the national team confirmed exclusively to ghanasportspage.com that the team has arrived safely in Accra and preparing to continue the journey to Cape Coast.
“Yes, we have arrived in Accra with 44 person contingent and we are moving to the match venue city today, Sunday, 29th May 2022” he confirmed.
Ghana will host Madagascar on June 1, 2022, at the Cape Coast sports stadium. The kick-off time is scheduled at 19:00GMT/7:00 PM local time.
