On the table, the West Africans, sit first with 3 points followed by Angola, who beat Central African Republic 2-1.
Central African Republic and Madagascar sit at the third and fourth place on the table with no point.
In the third game of Otto Addo’s first stint with the Black Stars, he made bold selection in his starting XI, pairing Amartey and Gideon Mensah at the back in the absence of Alexander Djiku.
It took 53 minutes for Ghana to break the deadlock as Kudus fired the team into the lead.
On the 56th and the 86th minute Afena-Gyan and Osman Bukari scored their debut goals for the Ghana national to cement the 3-0 win.
The Roma youngster who made his third appearance was substituted on the 75th minute for Bristol City’s Antoine Semenyo who enjoyed 15 minutes in his maiden Black Stars game.
Black Stars went into the game with six games winless run despite qualifying to the World Cup with an away goal rule over Nigeria after a 1-1 draw at the Moshood Abiola Sports Stadium.
