Fabio Gama has promised Asante Kotoko fans they will see more of him in the upcoming season.
The Brazilian international has been plagued with persistent injury issues since the start of the current season.
In total, the 29-year-old midfielder has missed an estimated 14 GPL games, with just 18 appearances.
Gama was an outstanding midfielder in his maiden season after his arrival in 2020.
The Brazilian international said he will give everything to Asante Kotoko next season to repay the confidence shown in him after his injury issues.
“I was focused on my recovery when I got injured. There were times when I felt like helping the team but then, I needed to recover fully but I can assure everyone that you are going to see more from me,” Gama vowed on Otec Fm during the club’s media tour.
The Porcupine Warriors were officially declared as the champions of the Ghana Premier League after their 1-1 draw with Ashantigold last week.
The team will receive the trophy this Sunday when they host relegated side, Elmina Sharks in a coronation game at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
