Anderlecht and Ghanaian forward, Dauda Mohammed has advised his former side Asante Kotoko ahead of next season’s CAF Champions League.
The striker is expecting his former club to boost their squad for the upcoming CAF inter-club competition.
The Porcupine Warriors will represent Ghana in the 2021/2022 CAF Champions League and the Anderlecht star believe they can make good impact should they make few additions to the squad at their folds.
After winning the Ghana Premier League 2021/22, the young attacker has congratulated and commended the management for helping the boys to succeed in the local top-flight league.
Dauda, after watching his former side against Elmina Sharks last weekend in the coronation game is impressed with the team’s performance and has urged them to make some additions to do much more better in their Champions League campaign.
“First of all, I will congratulate the team and the management because they put good things in place to help the boys, gave them what they needed to fight for the title. Dauda divulged via Original Tv’s Sports Punch Show with Kwaku Kaninja and Agorohene Nana Yaw Opoku.
On their journey to Africa, he stated, “I watched them last weekend and I can see that they are playing good, possessive and attacking football so I hope that they will just continue to maintain this team and then maybe do one or two additions just to make the team solid and so that they can do much more better than the previous years.” He concluded.
The 24-year old attacker joined the Belgium side from Asante Kotoko in 2017.
After making 24 appearances for Anderlecht, he has spent the rest of his playing career on loan with three European side Vitesse, Esbjerg fB and currently playing with Cartagena in Spain.
