Spanish-based Ghanaian youngster, Bema Sina has started pre-season training with Train Like A Pro Gh led by top Ghanaian trainer, Totti Laryea Francis in Nungua ahead of the upcoming season.
The 19-year-old wonderkid plays for Spanish lower side, Moralo CP in the Tercera División.
Sina has enjoyed a successful stay with the Spanish side for the past two years and he is seeking for move into the La Liga following his great performance in the lower division.

The centre-back gained promotion to the first team from the U-19 after an impressive during the 2020/21 season in the Liga Nacional.

His trainer, Totti Laryea is the CEO of ‘Train Like a Pro Gh’ fitness centre at Nungua in Accra. The 26-year-old who was once a footballer became a professional physical trainer in 2015.
