The title holder will lead an “angry” Hearts of Oak team again into Sunday’s FA Cup final against Bechem United.
The Rainbows boss admitted preparations for the upcoming encounter is a big task following the team’s failure in the just ended Premier League.
Hearts of Oak lost ground in the race for a top-four GPL finish with their final day 4-1 defeat to RTU in Accra.
The Rainbows failed to win a single game in their last five fixtures of the Ghana Premier League 2021/22 season. They lost four and drew one.
And now the gaffer has admitted he will harness that ire in a bid to sharpen up his squad for the Baba Yara showdown with Bechem United to please the supporters.
“FA Cup is different from this league so with this preparations the playing body have seen that things are not going on well but the last that we have to please the supporters is the FA Cup,” said Boadu.
“We are going to prepare mentally and psychologically to do well and bring the cup back,” he stated in a post match conference after RTU defeat.
