Ghana Football Association has announced the date to begin 2022/2023 Ghana Premier League. The GFA has set Friday, September 9th to Monday, September 12th, 2022 as the kick-off date of the Ghana Premier League.
This follows approval of the plan for the 2022/2023 football season by the Executive Council of the GFA. The League fixtures for the upcoming season is schedule to be released by Tuesday, 26th July, 2022 to enable clubs prepare adequately for the season.
It will be recalled that, the dates for registration of players have already been communicated to the PL Clubs, DOL clubs, and Women’s Premier League clubs. Next season’s calendar will make room for a break in November and December 2022 due to FIFA World Cup in Qatar as required by FIFA for all qualified countries.
