Former Accra Hearts of Oak physical trainer, W.O Tandoh has reacted to the controversies from the camp of the MTN FA Cup champions following allegations from the board member, Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe.
Dr. Nyaho-Nyaho Tamakloe speaking in an interview with Asempa FM on Friday claimed that W.O. Tandoh, who is a former Aduana Stars assistant coach pulled a gun at the camp of the team ahead of their FA Cup game against Bechem United at the Baba Yara Stadium.
The former military man shaded the allegations as false and has dropped secret from the club after his resignation has generated a lot of controversies in the media space
Reacting to the accusations on Asempa FM’s Ultimate Sports show, W.O Tandoh denied them, saying he never pulled a gun a day before their game against Bechem United.
He also disclosed how Akanbi, the team’s board member inflated figures of their hotel fees.
W.O Tandoh, however gallantly claimed that the owner of the club, Togbe Afede is waiting for his money.
“The team knew I had written my resignation letter before the RTU game. I wasn’t appreciated, wasn’t free to work.
“I feel Togbe Afede is wasting his money,” W.O Tandoh stated.
“I never pulled a gun in camp in Kumasi as it was reported. “Why I punched Opoku in Kumasi. I told him to take the jerseys to my room and he took them to his room. What was he doing with jerseys? Some wanted us to lose so they push an agenda.”
Coach W.O Tandoh left his position as Accra Hearts of Oak SC Team Manager and Physical trainer a few days ago.
The former Aduana Stars assistant coach who joined Hearts of Oak’s technical team in March 2021, tendered in his resignation letter leaving his position.
