Sporting Club de Braga are reportedly inching closer to securing the service of 24-year-old Ghanaian international, Bernard Tekpetey.
According to reports, the Portuguese giants are in the advanced stages of talks with Ludogorets Razgrad concerning the signing of the Black Stars player.
Tekpetey has set the stage alight since joining Ludogorets from Schalke O4 in 2021. A mainstay at the back for The Eagles ever since then, the striker has quickly established himself as one of the best players on show in the Bulgarian Parva Liga, making 25 appearances for the club while also chipping in with ten goals goals and eight assists.
The 24-year-old’s exploits have invariably been noticed by top some European clubs. However, it is Braga who appear to have prevailed in the race to sign Tekpetey.
In his time at the club, the striker has helped the club to Bulgarian League success, defending the title after the 2021/22 season, and even being including in the competition’s top players.
The Eagles are expected to earn around €1,900,00 from the deal.
