Ghanaian physical trainer, Francis Totti Laryea has advised footballers on how to keep their fitness off-season.
The young physical trainer, who formerly trained John Boye, is full of wisdom and has also given footballers an advice on their bedroom activities.
As anticipation among the people in football, a controversial sex story has radically changed the discussion – as some players are more interested in what they could do with their private parts than their feet.
In some clubs, the medical doctors have scheduled times when meetups with partners are allowed.
However, sex has been shown to have many health benefits such as boosting mood, increased level of pain tolerance and confidence, so when applied to a soccer player, and that would be a bonus to have added to their athletic prowess.
The CEO of Train Like A Pro Gh says during spells of the season the players should balance their sexual relations but more need to be done off-season.
Speaking in an interview on Homebase Tv, he stated: “I may ask, why do they always say the players should not drink alcohol or involve in too much sex? But too much fitness too will affect you that’s why you need to release it”
“As a player you need to balance yourself. You can’t say that you are keeping your fitness level for a long time. No. You might even struggle on the field of play. During the season you will not have enough time to have sex but you have to release it before you start your pre-season.”
