Glorious Accra Hearts of Oak have reached agreement to sign their long term target, Jonah Attuquaye from Legon Cities.
As stated earlier, Rainbows gaffer Samuel Boadu has identified Attuquaye as his priority target to augment his squad for the upcoming season and especially in the CAF Confederations Cup journey.
Attuquaye has shined in the local league after joining Legon Cities from Berekum Chelsea.
The 22-year-old is currently part of the Black Galaxies squad for the CHAN qualifiers and his sparkling performance has impressed the Phobians to offer him a contract.
It has been disclosed that the Royals playmaker has agreed personal terms to sing a deal with the FA Cup winners.
Official confirmation will be announced by the club very soon.
The midfield gent will be the next player to sign for the Phobians after the announcement of Eric Ofori Antwi, Zakari Yakubu and Cameroonian attacker Junior Kaaba.
Attuquaye played for Berekum Chelsea from 2019 to 2020. He later moved to Legon Cities in 2020 in the club’s bid to bolster their squad ahead of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season.
