Newly-promoted Ghana Premier League side, FC Samartex 1996 have confirmed the appointment of former Great Olympics boss, Annor Walker as head coach on a two-year contract.
The Black Galaxies coach has accepted to take over the newly-promoted side until 2024.
He will commence his journey in the upcoming season as their new head coach.
Walker has led Great Olympics impressive run in the league since their return from the Division One League.
The coach is currently in charge of the Black Galaxies, having defeated Benin in the first round of the CHAN qualifiers.
Samartex will be competing in the Ghana Premier League for the first time. A spot away from relegation is their target.
Annor Walker has coached the likes of Berekum Chelsea, Nania FC, and many clubs.
