MTN FA Cup champions, Accra Hearts of Oak have announced that they have reached an agreement with the management of Frederick Ansah Botcway to find a new club for the 25-year-old midfielder.
Botcway, who joined the Rainbows in 2020 from Liberty Professionals was announced as surplus to requirement after the 2021/22 season despite his remarkable performance during their President’s Cup and the FA Cup glory.
He was one of the household names for Liberty Proffessionals in the truncated Ghana Premier League.
The club has addressed their fans and the football fraternity that the midfield enforcer will not the be part of the Phobians in the upcoming campaign but he will continue to train with the team to sharpen his fitness until he leaves the club following an agreement reached by both parties.
