Defending champions of the GPL, Kumasi Asante Kotoko have grabbed the services of a sensational full-back.
John Tedeku, the former WAFA player is joining the Porcupine Warriors until the end of the 2025/26 season after signing a three-year.
Tedeku, 20, has formerly played for Austrian side Red Bull Salzburg.
He has been tipped to be a direct replacement to Ibrahim Imoro who has left the club few days ago for Sudanese giants Al Hilal Omdurman.
He had an outstanding performance in the Ghana Premier League last season, having made 28 appearances where he started 24 times.
The youngster played a combined 16 matches for WAFA across the previous two seasons – 2019-20 and 2020-21 while following his promotion to the first team from the U17 team.
Kotoko sealed the signing of Tedeku on the transfer deadline day on Monday, August 22, 2022 which official announcement expected in the coming days.
