The Rainbows followed its 3-1 opening loss against Medeama SC with a humiliating 4-0 defeat at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday to Berekum Chelsea.
Winless in the competition, Hearts of Oak sees itself in a defeat again with their junior team.
Chelsea, which started its GHALCA G6 journey with a 2-0 win over Medeama SC entered their second fixture with high spirit against the Phobians and dominated from the blast of the whistle and outplayed the Phobians.
They broke the deadlock during the 45th minute of the first half before break and returned to seal the victory with another three goals in the second department of the game.
A brace from forward Afriyie Mensah and a goal each from Outtara Kalli and substitute Dramani Awuah made it two consecutive victories for the Biribies.
Hearts of Oak, who are currently preparing for the upcoming season are sitting at the bottom of the table in Group B whiles the victory leaves Chelsea on top with the ticket to play in the semi-finals.
