Ex-GFA presidential aspirant, Amanda Akuokor Clinton has rated Kurt Okraku’s administration as the leader of Ghana football.
The CEO of Bitcoin Africa is pleased with the work of the current football administration in terms of difficulties and COVID-19.
She heaped praises on Ghana Football Association President Kurt Okraku for the good job done after three years since taking over in 2019.
“I think Okraku is doing a good job, controlling Ghana football under COVID and so he couldn’t do what he would have wanted to do.
“I wouldn’t criticize him on any level for what he’s done so far. He has done a great job”, she told the leading sports website, Ghanasportspsge.com.
“I think that moving into the next of when they select a successor and is not him it would very much be someone who could plan for Ghana football more than international level and gain international attention whiles also building the sports within Ghana.”
Mr. Kurt E.S Okraku was elected as president of the Ghana Football Association in October 2019 after beating competition from the other five candidates.
The then 48-year-old former sports journalist was endorsed with 93 votes in the third round after his closest challenger, the former Ghana Football Association vice-president George Afriyie, had conceded defeat.
