Reports gathered by Ghanasportpage.com indicate that Ghana’s sports television station, GTV Sports Plus is not eligible to telecast the CAF Champions League preliminary round second leg clash between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Rail Club du Kadiogo.
Checks are that the management of the Ghanaian champions is demanding more than necessary to partner with the said television station for the live telecast of the game.
Therefore, the Porcupines are focusing on the Kotoko App for live streaming of the game but the management of GTV Sports Plus is still in talks with the CEO of the club, Nana Yaw Amponsah to get the right.
The Ghana Premier League defending champions will host the Burkinabé side at the Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday, September 18, 2022.
Kotoko opened the tourney with a goal win over ‘The Falcons’ and will hope to avoid defeat to progress into the next stage when they meet on Sunday.
