Hearts of Oak coach, Samuel Boadu has submitted to Konadu Yiadom’s general performance after the Olympics draw.
The lanky scored late to rescue a point for Hearts of Oak against Great Olympics in his second game for his new club.
Olympics were first to strike in the game as Abdul Razak Yussif capitalized on a defensive error between Yiadom and Eric Ofori Antwi to give the Wonder Club the lead.
Coach Boadu was pleased with Konadu’s performance and reserves special praise for him despite giving away a chance to their opponent to break the deadlock.
“He did very well in this match for a big club like Hearts of Oak. He is fantastic. I wish that he will keep on doing that and I believe that when he keeps on he will go far,” Samuel Boadu stated during closing remarks after the game via StarTimes.
It was the first home game for the Rainbows in the Ghana’s top-flight league this season. The GPL giants aimed for the maximum points and despite the late pressure, they could only take a point away from the game as the Olympics moved to four points after two games.
