Ghana Premier League giants, Glorious Accra Hearts of Oak have officially parted ways with their technical team headed by Samuel Boadu.
Boadu’s exit follows the club’s poor start in the ongoing season, having lost to Aduana Stars and a 1-1 stalemate with Great Olympics and Asante Kotoko.
According to the club statement, the young tactician agreed to mutually part ways from his post after a meeting with the Board Chairman of the club, Togbe Afede XIV.
The former Medeama SC gaffer took the job from Serbian coach Kosta Papic in early 2021 with his righthand man Hamza Obeng.
It’s been confirmed that his back room staff have all been told to stay away from the training today.
Samuel Boadu helped the team to win the Ghana Premier League after twelve-years in the 2020/21 season. It was a long wait for the Rainbows since 2008/2009 season.
He also guided the club to win the two MTN FA Cup trophies and the President’s Cup.
