Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko midfielder, David Ofei has predicted BetPawa Premier League clubs that will finish in the top four this season.
Ofei believes Kassim Mingle’s Bechem United and Berekum Chelsea will battle it out to complete the top-four.
According to him, Great Olympics will join Asante Kotoko and Hearts Oak in the Ghanaian top-flight league top four this term.
Speaking on the Premier League top-four, Ofei told Ghanasportspage.com: “As we know you can’t take Kotoko and Hearts from ‘Top 4’ because if you watch the performance of Hearts players, you can’t tell me that they will never be in the ‘Top 4’. For me Kotoko and Hearts will be in the ‘Top 4’. I had the opportunity to watch Olympics, Bechem and Berekum Chelsea during the ‘G6’. I saw some good performance from Great Olympics so my third one will be Great Olympics.
“The fourth one is between Berekum Chelsea and Bechem United. Chelsea are having something that is a little bit unique so to me my ‘Top 4’ is going to be Kotoko, Hearts, Great Olympics and Berekum Chelsea.”
Asante Kotoko won the Ghana Premier League title last season with eleven point ahead of second-placed Medeama SC, Bechem United (third), and Karela (fourth) while Hearts of Oak finished sixth with 48 point.
