Ghana’s ONLY hope, Accra Hearts of Oak has safely arrived in Mali, Bamako city today Thursday, 6th October 2022 ahead of Saturday’s clash with Malian Giants ASR Bamako.
Hearts of Oak left the shores of Ghana on Thursday through Togo where they passed the night before regrouping at the Lome-Tokoin International airport in the early hours of Thursday to catch their last flight to Mali to prepare for the match against ARS Bamako on Saturday.
The Phobians touched down at Modibo Keita International Airport on Thursday afternoon and have moved to their hotel in Bamako where the team will be based till Saturday 8th October 2022 when they face ASR Bamako in the same city.
The Malian side will host the Ghanaian giants in the first leg of the competition on October 8, 2022, at Stade Bamako. According to CAF, Ghanaian GTV Sports+ has been given the right to telecasts the game on Saturday.
The Phobians will have their first training tomorrow morning at the match venue centre Stade Bama stadium.
