Ex-Black Stars goalkeeper, Fatau Dauda has named the 2014 FIFA World Cup as his biggest achievement.
The ex-Legon Cities goalies believes the FIFA World Cup is the most prestigious tournament.
Fatau disclosed to Times Sports that his appearance at the 2014 World Championship in Brazil is the biggest achievement in his entire career.
“Playing at the World Cup which is the biggest football event on earth was my biggest achievement with the national team because sometimes it happens once in a lifetime of a player,” Fatau Dauda shared.
The retired goalkeeper who currently works as goalkeeper’s trainer at Right to Dream Academy also shared his biggest achievement at the club level.
“My biggest feat at club level was with Ashanti Gold where I won no silverware in my 11-year stay but returned after my stint in South Africa with Orlando Pirates to grab the title in 2015,” he stated.
Dauda was in the Ghana national team squad for the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations, and was the first choice keeper for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations and the 2014 World Cup.
