Asante Kotoko youngster, Isaac Oppong is on the verge of joining Spanish side according multiple reports.
The 19-year-old forward looks set to complete his move to an unknown Spanish club.
Despite being on form, Oppong’s name was missing from the Black Meteors 22-man squad for Mozambique clash.
Reports gathered indicates the player asked to be excused from the team as he was moving to the European country for transfer talks.
The move would see Isaac Oppong leaving the reigning champions of the Ghana Premier League after one year.
The youngster has already received praises from the football fraternity this season despite the team’s early exit from the CAF Champions League.
He scored the only goal when the Porcupine Warriors defeated Rail Club du Kadiogo in Benin in the competition’s preliminary round first leg.
Isaac Oppong joined the Kumasi giants in 2021 from Division Two side Bectero Sassana on a four-year contract following his impressive performance.
He bagged 22 goals and made 11 assists in 17 games in the Sunyani Division Two Zone.
